Messages the bot posts on its own. Each waits for a time (15m, 1h), a number of chat lines (30lines), or both, and can be limited to live or offline. When several are due, the longest-waiting goes first, with at least a minute between any two. Add announce to post it highlighted. Also: =automsg list, show, test, edit, on, off, remove <name>. Messages can use {channel} and the custom command variables.
