Accepts or refunds channel point redeems waiting in the reward queue: the oldest one, someone’s (@user), or all of them. =redeem shows how many are waiting. Twitch only lets the bot handle rewards it made itself (=reward create); redeems of rewards made on the Twitch dashboard are handled there.
