Who added a 7TV emote to this channel’s sets (or another channel’s) and when, in the channel’s time zone. When pearsbott added it, it names who typed the command. Also says if the emote was taken out again afterwards, and how many times it has been added. From 7TV’s history, which keeps about the last thousand changes.
